On Thursday, April 23, the climate advocacy coalition St. Paul 350 will host a live but virtual candidate forum through the East Side Freedom Library’s Facebook page. The library is closed to the public as a result of the governor’s stay-at-home orders and the coronavirus pandemic.

Voters interested in attending can log onto facebook.com/EastSideFreedomLibrary for the livestream, which airs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The forum, originally scheduled to be held Monday, was rescheduled after technical difficulties.

The two DFLers are seeking the East Side seat currently held by state Rep. Tim Mahoney, who has chosen not to seek re-election this November after a lengthy career at the State Capitol. The election will fill the only open House seat in St. Paul.
