ESFL has been delighted to host composer/musician Todd Harper and his accomplices on several occasions. He has recently shifted his focus to incorporate visual art, music, and oration into his explorations and presentations. His visual art is a graphic score for creative music and more, including color, texture, text shape, and some musical direction. As for the music itself, Todd notes that it will “depend on the intent of the performers.”

These performers, together as “Musical Ecology,” include: Nicholas Christensen on acoustic bass; James Holdman, eclectic guitar and small instruments; our old friend Douglas Ewart playing piccolo, winds, clarinet/reeds, percussion bells, and various small instruments; Laura Harada, violin; and Todd Harper, composer, artist, conductor, orator, and small instruments.

Admission is free. Donations to the musicians are encouraged.
