Your ongoing monthly investment provides strong and steady funding that makes it possible for East Side Freedom Library to deliver lasting impact. Solidarity League members help us provide free public programs on urgent issues of the day; free mentoring to students on History Day and other research projects; free art and cultural work events; provision of meeting space to affinity groups, immigrant/refugee projects, book and writers’ groups, labor groups, and so much more.
Giving monthly allows us to spend less time fundraising, and more time working for justice. Collectively, our resources can make a powerful impact on this work and we truly appreciate all levels of donation. No matter what amount you contribute you’ll be making a difference in the lives of many.
How it Works
Your tax-deductible donation is automatically charged every month, and it’s simple to change or cancel at any time. Your donation will support everything from our regular programming and special events to building maintenance and the library collection.
Every month, you’ll receive an email from us with info about our recent successes and upcoming events. You’ll always see your impact. There will also be an ongoing opportunity for you to attend our monthly collaborators meeting where you can connect with other supporters and influence the work further.
