Yoga with Youvana Wellness

Feeling stressed out? Haven’t had time for yourself? The East Side Freedom Library welcomes Youvana Wellness as they offer a range of health and wellness activities to the community. Join us for meditative yoga on four dates over the following months. The next session is Wednesday, February 6 at 7:30 pm. (Come early at 6:30 to participate in Zumba!)
Subsequent dates are: February 20, 7:30 – 8:30 pm and March 6, 7:30 – 8:30 pm.
Through guided breathing techniques and yoga movements, you’ll learn to be still with your body and mind. It’s NOT about how flexible you are or how well you can yoga pose. Come as you are and feed your mind, body, and spirit.

Youvana is a socially driven health & wellness collective community with a mission to heal our communities of color. We plan to do so through providing access to affordable services, products, and education program that will support a healthy lifestyle shift. We welcome all without judgment. Our wellness practitioners community will meet you where you’re at in your wellness journey and aim to create a supportive and FUN environment with each of class, product, and/or service so help you take charge of your mind, body, and spirit.
