Join East Side Freedom Library along with Trilingua Cinema, Indigenous Roots, Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services, and Railroad Island Neighborhood Group at Rivoli Bluffs overlooking downtown St. Paul for trunk r treating from 4:30pm til 6pm, food trucks, pumpkin painting, and a family-friendly film screening of the Adams Family (1991)! This event is to bring the community together and create some more joy on the East Side! See you there (in costume!). Please dress warm. In case of inclement weather watch the Facebook event for a possible move to an indoor location.
