In collaboration, Saint Paul Public Library and East Side Freedom Library bring you Neng Thao of Neng Now! Neng will share stories from his travel adventures and demonstrate various traditional instruments used in the whistled language of the Hmong. His popularity stems from vlogging about his many travel experiences on social media. Presentation followed by an opportunity to ask questions. Free and all are welcome.
