The Roseville History Book Club meets monthly with Clarence White, Associate Director of the East Side Freedom Library, for discussions on a wide variety of topics from American history. Enrollment limited to insure an intimate discussion experience. Extra copies of the books available at the Library.

September 21st–We’ll discuss The Sinking Middle Class; A Political History of Debt, Misery, and the Drift to the Right by David Roediger, a reappraisal of the notion of the American Middle Class—who was historically included in the definition and why traditional formulations of the idea may be failing us now.
