It has been several months since the eviction moratorium has ended both here in Minnesota and across the country. What is the state of affairs surrounding evictions now that they have resumed? Has it been the slow wave we predicted? Join Housing Justice Center attorneys Lawrence McDonough and Max Tsai as they discuss the impact of the moratorium lifting and what the future might hold for renters in Minnesota. This is a follow up program to our original event that we held on the eviction moratorium ending in July 2021.

Lawrence McDonough “Larry” worked as a housing litigation attorney for thirty years before joining Dorsey and Whitney as Pro Bono Litigation Counsel. Since our program last July, Larry has joined the Housing Justice Center as a litigation and policy attorney. He has represented over 10,000 clients over the course of his career.

Max Tsai joined the Housing Justice Center as a Housing Stability attorney with a particular interest in public interest law in 2021. He previously worked as a law clerk for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and was student director of the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic at the University of Minnesota.
