ESFL and A Greener Read Used Book Store invite you to our ongoing series, “Storytelling through Vinyl & Film.”

April’s film is “Amandla!: A Revolution in Four-Part Harmony” (2002).  “Amandla!” is a 2002 documentary film depicting the struggles of black South Africans against the injustices of Apartheid through the use of music. The film takes its name from the Zulu and Xhosa word “amandla,” which means power.

5PM join as at A Greener Read Used Book Store (506 Kenny Road, St Paul) for “Vinyl Happy Hour,” to listen to related music, and then at 7PM at ESFL for the film screening and discussion.
