The East Side Freedom Library invites you to join

Mayor Melvin Carter III
for a discussion of the City’s new
CLIMATE ACTION AND RESILIENCE PLAN

Monday, April 29, 2019, 6:30PM

The City of Saint Paul recently completed a draft of the Climate Action and Resilience Plan. Please join Mayor Melvin Carter for an opportunity to discuss the contents of the plan and provide important community feedback.

What does the Mayor mean by “climate action” and “resilience”? How will this new program impact our lives in St. Paul, now and in the future? As we learn about these concepts, how can we help shape the City’s programs? Please join the conversation!
