The East Side Freedom Library invites children and their adults to kick off the weekend with Mother Moose and Orso (the totally chill Freedom Dog)

Minnesota author, Phyllis Root, wrote “One Duck Stuck” (illustrated by Jane Chapman). The Minnesota North Woods wetlands and animals are all stuck in the slippy sloppy muck and work together to get unstuck. (Ages 2-6)

We’ll also make our own slippy sloppy muck fun with a basketful of toy animals and some play-doh!
