Michaela Day, Project Manager: Community Digital Repository
Sidney Pisano is the Justice & Equity Director of the East Side Freedom Library. One aspect of the library Sid appreciates is the imaginative nature of the space. She loves that we’re able to expand on what a library can be for community, from a space to advocate and organize for housing justice, to a music venue, to a labor meeting hall and more. ESFL is always encouraging community to imagine another world and work towards creating it together. Aside from her work in the Housing Justice Program
