Suzanne Gordon, author of Wounds of War, has written about veterans’ affairs for The Nation, The American Prospect, Washington Monthly, the Sacramento Bee, Boston Globe, and many other publications. She co-authored an America Legion report entitled, “VA Healthcare: A System Worth Saving” and works with veterans’ advocacy organizations and VA union members opposed to Trump Administration outsourcing of health care services for nine million veterans.
