ConneQT, a host home program, is a housing option where LGBTQI+ youth choose to live with community members. The goal of this program is to provide culturally responsive housing within a youth’s own community. They do this by recruiting, training, and supporting community members that share their homes.
ConneQT needs hosts now more than ever. Between long-term effects of COVID-19 and short-term impacts of the immigration raids, many queer youth are in highly vulnerable positions. Anti-trans legislation around the country means more trans people arrive in Minnesota every day. Join this information session to learn how you can help.
