This training is an opportunity for community members to learn more about how the City of Saint Paul determines what is built in neighborhoods. The presentation will be given by Jerome Benner, Zoning Inspector for the Department of Safety & Inspections and primary staff for the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals. Jerome will cover:

  • The purpose of zoning laws
  • The types of zoning applications
  • How the city reviews zoning applications
