Peter Rachleff will present “The Civil Rights Movement Meets the Labor Movement: A Page from History.” His focus will be the experiences and legacy of the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters in building both the labor movement and the Civil Rights Movement, nationally and in St. Paul.
