Tuesday, July 10, 2018, 7 to 8:30pm Two years ago, hundreds of Minnesotans protested the police killing of Philando Castile during a traffic stop. Dozens of protesters were arrested blocking Interstate 94 and outside the Governor's Mansion. Since then, the Legislature has twice passed anti-protester bills, which the Governor vetoed.
